                                                   All purchases are non refundable. 

If you need to change an appointment, you may do so, on this website. All appointments must be changed 48 hours before appointment time, to retain the credit (amount spent before taxes). Email me if you are having issues changing an appointment. All credits must be used within 30 days of issue. Please feel free to send anyone else in you place, for any reason. Your appointment time is your's to share. You never need to apologize for being late. You appointment time is a block of time reserved just for you, if you come late, you will get less time. It is not my business if you want to miss some of your time, I do not need an explanation.  

Please email me immediately if you are having a MEDICAL EMERGENCY (within the 48 hours prior to your apt time) and can not make your appointment time, and do not wish to give it to someone else..
