ALL Bookings ARE NON REFUNDABLE. You may change your apt up to 48 hours before your apt time. Credit for a changed booking expires 30 days after original booking apt date and time. I am happy to apply your credit towards a different service of equal or greater value. Obviously, you would need to pay the remaining balance (should there be one). Full charge for a no show (not showing up for your apt). Feel free to send anyone else in your place, if you want... for any reason. Please email me immediately, if you are experiencing a medical emergency, and can not make your apt.
